PHYSICIAN PAYMENT
You must pay the total bill, less the applicable discount, at the time service is rendered. The discount applies only to services provided by the physician and performed in the physician's office. The Provider will call the re-pricing line to determine the exact amount of discount which will be reflected on your bill.
HOSPITAL PAYMENT
You must be able to provide a method of payment that is acceptable to the hospital at the time of service. Payment in full may be required at the time of service. The facility will fax/mail bill to network to determine exact amount. You will then receive a billing statement detailing your savings and the balance must by paid within 30 days of receipt of the re-priced billing statement.
