The entire network of over 20,000 attorneys has contracted with Legal Services to provide its members with numerous free and discounted legal services. They have also contracted to never charge more than $75.00 per hour for all extended legal care. In most cases the attorney will be able to determine the amount of hours any given case may consume prior to beginning work on the case.
The plan member attorneys have also agreed to cap their fees on eight commonly used legal services, which include; traffic ticket defense, simple divorce, name change, real estate closing, simple will/trust, chapter 7 bankruptcy and registered incorporations.
